My work consists in developing an analytical method on UHPLC-MS/MS in order to study the metabolic diversity of wild hops sampled in the Grand-Est. This first approach, coupled with molecular biology, will allow me to observe if there is a correlation between genetic and metabolic diversity. In a second step, I will also focus on the endophytic and rhizospheric microbiota of these hops. Finally, I will also explore the potential of hop extracts, i.e. whether they have interesting activity(ies) from the point of view of human health or plant/crop health.
